    Tin is a seasoned copy-based Executive Creative Director with over 22 years of global experience across Manila, London, New York, and Singapore, among others. She has led award-winning teams behind campaigns such as Pantene's "Labels Against Women," the #Unselfie movement for Typhoon Haiyan survivors, and the iconic "It's More Fun in the Philippines" tourism campaign.

    Tin made history by winning the Philippines' first Cannes Lion in 2002 and its first Cannes Gold Lion five years later. She has served as a jury member for leading international shows including Cannes Lions, D&AD, London International Awards, and NY Festivals, and was inducted into the Creative Guild of the Philippines Hall of Fame in 2020.

    Rizza is a leading creative leader and designer whose work has shaped both industry standards and everyday Filipino life. From co-creating "It’s More Fun in the Philippines" to designing millions of beep™ transit cards, her work blends pop culture, social good, and national identity.

    She rose through the ranks at BBDO Guerrero as Head of Design, later driving creative excellence at Publicis JimenezBasic, Edukasyon.ph, and Elesi Studios for brands like Jollibee, Lazada, Meta, and Globe. Today, she leads as Co-Founder and Executive Creative Director of Lennon Group and Founder of design studio Sgt. Pepper.

    Named as one of Campaign Asia's Women to Watch last 2023, Rizza is recognized for her leadership rooted in care, empathy, and purpose. A passionate mentor, she also serves as Coaching Director of DMAP's Digital Young Creators, helping nurture the next generation of Filipino creatives.

Over his career, Jao has worked on campaigns that earned global recognition at top-tier creativity and effectiveness shows, including Cannes Lions, The One Show, London International Awards, and the New York Festivals.

    Before joining Propel, he shaped campaigns as Group Creative Director at Publicis JimenezBasic and previously as Creative Director at BBDO Guerrero—two of the most respected creative agencies in the region.

    With his rare blend of strategic thinking, creative sharpness, and human-centered leadership, Jao brings industry perspective and inspiring energy to the program.

    Raymund Sison is the Founder and Creative Chief of the Lennon Group, a Manila-based social impact agency dedicated to using creativity as a force for good. With a career spanning more than two decades in advertising, digital marketing, and brand storytelling, Raymund has led transformative work for global brands, local icons, and mission-driven organizations alike.

    He was named one of APAC's 40 Under 40 in 2023 for his purpose-driven leadership and was recognized for turning a homegrown Philippine digital indie into Campaign Magazine's Global Digital Indie Agency of the Year for two years in a row. Raymund's work champions the intersection of creativity, innovation, and social impact, earning ccolades from the leading creative festivals worldwide.

    Beyond his agency role, Raymund actively contributes to the industry as Vice President and Trustee of the Digital Marketing Association of the Philippines (DMAP) and Chairperson for DMAP's Digital Young Creators 2025, where he mentors emerging and aspiring talents.

    Driven by a belief that creativity can light the way forward, Raymund brings deep insight, empathy, and purpose to the program.
