    Unlike your regular recorded webinar and online class, CDM online classes are expert-led and live by leveraging on the Zoom platform and our Student Portal that connects our Students with our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

    Wherever you are, be involved and connect with SMEs and other learners, ask questions, and interact on class activities. The CDM Support Team will also be there to make sure everyone is engaged, moderate the class, and support you on Q&A, and other challenges.

    Collaborative Learning
    We designed our classes to strike a balance between theory (30%) and practice (70%) by featuring more individual and collaborative activities for a richer learning experience. A good mix of learning tools and apps will be used including Thinkific, Kahoot, Mentimeter, and Google Jamboard, to name a few.

    In the activities, you will be asked to solve real business and marketing cases so you can sharpen your analytics and strategic skills. Work with your learning teams through virtual breakout rooms.

    Get additional learning content and go through asynchronous (self-paced) case studies and reflection activities in between sessions via our Student Portal to boost your upskilling!

    Ash is the CEO of MetaverseGo!, a rising start-up that provides a gateway to the metaverse through its web 3.0 games, NFTs, and decentralized applications, among others.

    Before MetaverseGo!, his previous assignments include as the Head of Independent Agency for ByteDance Philippines (TikTok), the Head of Client Solutions for Meta Philippines, and the Vice President for Operations for the local unit of Southeast Asian E-Commerce giant Lazada Group.

    Ash is a program chair and lecturer for the E-Commerce Program at CDM, the Philippines’ leading provider of digital marketing training and transformation solutions.

    Ash Mandhyan

    Kring is the Director, Marketing for Marlboro and Digital Activations for PMFTC, Inc. where she is in-charge of the brand stewardship of Marlboro.

    Kring spent most of her career growing across various marketing and digital roles at McDonald’s Philippines. In her last role, she was the Digital Acceleration Director where she led the company’s digital transformation.

    Prior to the Digital Acceleration role, she wore a marketing leadership hat where McDonald’s Philippines was recognized several times by various awards-giving body for its work both at the global and local stages: McDonald’s Global “Feel Good Marketing Grand Prix Award (Best of the Best)” for its Mother’s Day Campaign, “The Story of Us”. A Bronze at the APAC Effies awards for “The McDelivery Pin”.
    Kring is a program chair and lecturer for the E-Commerce Program at CDM, the Philippines’ leading provider of digital marketing training and transformation solutions.

    Christina “Kring” Lao

    Will is currently an MBA candidate focusing on AI/ML and product development at Kellogg School of Business and McCormick School of Engineering (Northwestern University).

    Before taking his MBA, Will was Meta's Program Manager, Privacy (Reality Labs/VR).

    Will joined Facebook (Meta) as a Commerce Solutions Lead with his interest to simplify complexities through creative strategies. Prior to Meta, his experience spans across sales and marketing with expertise in CPG and Retail. While he has moved to different roles across departments, he always brings his love for technology to fuel his ideation and performance.

    Outside corporate, he is an online entrepreneur with 3 startup brands ranging from fashion retail, coffee drinkware, and men’s grooming. He is also a graphic artist with expertise on information design— catering to clients in Asia, Europe, and North America. He also finds time practicing his passion for music – may it be through singing, choral/orchestral conducting, and sound engineering.

    Will Tan

    Data-driven agility and objective-focused success.

    A digital practitioner whose expertise is on E-Commerce, social media analytics, and digital marketing. My work has contributed relevant and impactful business solutions through providing E-Commerce best practices, consumer insights and analyses, and content and media strategy optimization to several notable brands in the Philippines. My passion for the fast-changing digital landscape has made me eager to broaden my knowledge in the digital realm and be at the forefront of its development.

    An experienced digital marketer specializing in digital UX, website/app UX strategy, performance marketing and campaign management.

    Jasmine Abrenica

    Ilyong is a proven business executive with over 20 years combined experience in E-Commerce, Consumer Electronics and IT. He is currently the Head of E-Commerce for Home Credit.

    He was the Head of Stork.ph, an E-Commerce Platform serving both the public and employees enrolled in its Employee Purchase Program. Since its launch in July 2020, he has managed to acquire over 500 brands from official brand suppliers in the Philippines serving over 200,000 employees in its database. In addition, he was also responsible for integrating 3rd payment and logistic solutions to the platform.

    He used to be the Country Manager of Kalibrr Philippines, a technology based end to end recruitment platform currently being used by over 2M job seekers and 10K employers.

    He also was Sr. Vice President of Lazada PH for almost 3 years, where he led a team that successfully grew the number of merchants from 1000 to 6000 across 20 categories.

    In addition, he also set-up the Digital Goods business of Lazada, where the Philippines was recognized for being the most profitable country.

    Before Lazada, he worked for several multinational companies like Samsung, Intel, and Panasonic in either a Sales or Product Management role.

    He also had over 10 years experience in the traditional distribution business where he launched brands like Apple, Samsung Monitors, and HP Peripherals in the local market.

    He is a loving husband to Glenda and a father to 3 children Nikka, Joaquin, and Jia. In his spare time he either runs, hikes, plays golf, or dives as he is a certified PADI rescue diver.

    He was called to Christ years ago, giving him the opportunity to serve through different church ministries at Higher Rock Christian Church in Timog.

    He loves the start-up culture, and is looking forward to working with the team to touch lives thru technology with the different products that Kalibrr has to offer.
