Manny Gonzales

Shayne has been in the media industry for more than 16 years, having spent her advertising agency journey with Starcom, Carat, UM, Mediacom, iProspect, and now as Chief Digital Officer of Havas Media-Ortega.

She brings with her rich experiences from traditional media to digital, from media planning and buying to business development and performance marketing. True to her media craft, Shayne has brought home recognitions locally and regionally – three of which include Campaign Asia Digital Agency of the Year Award 2017, '40 under 40' individuals in APAC, and one of the Women to Watch also by Campaign Asia in 2016 and 2020 respectively.

Shayne Madamba

From managing multiple accounts at the servicing side as an account director for MRM//McCann where he drove business results for NIVEA, Ayala Land, Havaianas, and BPI Asset Management, among others, Miko now orchestrates Singlife Philippine’s digital strategy.

In his downtime – which is still quite busy on its own – Miko continues to hoard camera films for his film photography, leverage his project management skills for his travel itineraries and compete for the cheapest airfare flights.

Miko de Vera

Mike Acosta is the Managing Director at The Loop PH. He was the former Head of Digital Strategy & Business Unit Head of iProspect, a performance marketing agency under the Dentsu Aegis Network where he led the strategy, planning, buying, and optimizations across different brands such as SM, Huawei Mobile, ADP Pharma, Merck, and Honda Philippines, among others.

Mike’s work mainly revolves around media planning and execution through search, display, social, and programmatic platforms. On top of operations, he does insighting, data analysis, storytelling, visualization, and performance optimization.

Mike Acosta

Jeano Cruz is the Creative Director and Head of Social at GIGIL. He believes his social career started in 2016 when his Korea puns post went viral on Facebook, despite being very corny.

Since then, he has aimed to apply his learnings from that experience to his advertising work, eventually helping brands like 7-Eleven, Cobra Energy Drink, Saint Jo Flowers, Orocan, CIMB Bank PH, and more to go viral.

In one year, Jeano's work with the ideas agency has since collected awards at Spikes, AdFest, CLIO, Boomerangs, Kidlat, Tambuli, and more. Recently, he is one of the core drivers that helped GIGIL bag the Philippines' Independent Agency of the Year & Creative Agency of the Year (Campaign Asia 2020) and Most Effective Independent Agency in Asia (APAC Effies 2020).

Jeano Cruz

Ash is the CEO of MetaverseGo!, a rising start-up that provides a gateway to the metaverse through its web 3.0 games, NFTs, and decentralized applications, among others.

Before MetaverseGo!, his previous assignments include as the Head of Independent Agency for ByteDance Philippines (TikTok), the Head of Client Solutions for Meta Philippines, and the Vice President for Operations for the local unit of Southeast Asian E-Commerce giant Lazada Group.

Ash Mandhyan

Kring is the Director, Marketing for Marlboro and Digital Activations for PMFTC, Inc. where she is in-charge of the brand stewardship of Marlboro.

Kring spent most of her career growing across various marketing and digital roles at McDonald’s Philippines. In her last role, she was the Digital Acceleration Director where she led the company’s digital transformation.

Prior to the Digital Acceleration role, she wore a marketing leadership hat where McDonald’s Philippines was recognized several times by various awards-giving body for its work both at the global and local stages: McDonald’s Global “Feel Good Marketing Grand Prix Award (Best of the Best)” for its Mother’s Day Campaign, “The Story of Us”. A Bronze at the APAC Effies awards for “The McDelivery Pin”.

Christina “Kring” Lao

Jason is the Head of Global Content Strategy, Partnerships, and Business Development for Shell Eco-marathon, the global academic program by Shell focused on energy optimization and one of the world’s leading student engineering competitions.

Prior to Shell, he was the Business Development Director and Communications Strategist for ADA Asia’s Philippine office. ADA Asia is one of the region’s top agencies in data, analytics, and business insights. He also started his career with one of the country’s largest creative agencies, McCann Worldgroup Philippines. In less than eight years, he moved up from social media manager to become the Head of Digital Strategy and lead for social marketing for Asia-Pacific.

He has worked on nearly 200 brand campaigns so far and is a key player in some of the most culture-changing work from the marketing industry. Jason is a teacher at heart and is a recognized educator, corporate trainer, and international speaker.

Outside of the industry, he creates work-life inspiration content on his YouTube channel, Better Today with Jason Cruz.

Jason Cruz

Will is currently an MBA candidate focusing on AI/ML and product development at Kellogg School of Business and McCormick School of Engineering (Northwestern University).

Before taking his MBA, Will was Meta's Program Manager, Privacy (Reality Labs/VR).

Will joined Facebook (Meta) as a Commerce Solutions Lead with his interest to simplify complexities through creative strategies. Prior to Meta, his experience spans across sales and marketing with expertise in CPG and Retail. While he has moved to different roles across departments, he always brings his love for technology to fuel his ideation and performance.

Outside corporate, he is an online entrepreneur with 3 startup brands ranging from fashion retail, coffee drinkware, and men’s grooming. He is also a graphic artist with expertise on information design— catering to clients in Asia, Europe, and North America. He also finds time practicing his passion for music – may it be through singing, choral/orchestral conducting, and sound engineering.

Will Tan

Roki is a seasoned marketer and communicator. For the last 16 years, he has held brand management and IMC positions, at both local and global levels, for FMCG brands such as Splash Corporation and Coca-Cola. He also served as the Corporate Brand Management and Sustainability Director for Globe Telecom, managing their reputation and trustability initiatives across different stakeholders and platforms.

After 11 years as a client, Roki went agency-side to raise the bar of strategic thinking as Connections and Integration Director with Publicis Media. He joined Dentsu in 2019 to help build strategic integrated communications and research capabilities across the media and creative service lines. Just recently, he was elevated as Head of Data in the Philippines to help accelerate agency value for clients through data-driven and tech-enabled solutions for clients.

Roki Ferrer

Bernard is the General Manager of TrueLogic Online Solutions and is a web professional of 18+ years. During the period, he has launched 4 companies and grown 3 web-based companies to multi-million dollar status.

He has launched and managed over 300 websites, has run over 11,000 marketing campaigns, and is a strong advocate of creating a culture of leadership. He has a strong background in web design, sales, training, marketing, HR, and operations.

Bernard is a program chair and lecturer for the SEO Program at CDM, the Philippines’ leading provider of digital marketing training and transformation solutions.

Bernard San Juan III

Abe is considered by many as the godfather of Philippine blogging when he became one of the very first professional bloggers in the country over a decade ago. He has single-handedly catapulted YugaTech to become the top technology site in the Philippines with over 3 million impressions every month with another 4 million on YouTube. He now has a team of 12 running the site on a full-time basis.

Before YugaTech, he was the Country Manager of Nuffnang where he oversaw its Philippine operations and managed over 30,000 bloggers in the community.

Abe Olandres

Data-driven agility and objective-focused success.

A digital practitioner whose expertise is on E-Commerce, social media analytics, and digital marketing. My work has contributed relevant and impactful business solutions through providing E-Commerce best practices, consumer insights and analyses, and content and media strategy optimization to several notable brands in the Philippines. My passion for the fast-changing digital landscape has made me eager to broaden my knowledge in the digital realm and be at the forefront of its development.

Kara Gengania

Jasmine Abrenica

A sales and marketing professional for 18+ years, an instructor for leadership, sales, and digital marketing, and an avid table-top and digital gamer.

Cris Justin Masungsong

Ilyong is a proven business executive with over 20 years combined experience in E-Commerce, Consumer Electronics and IT. He is currently the Head of E-Commerce for Home Credit.

He was the Head of, an E-Commerce Platform serving both the public and employees enrolled in its Employee Purchase Program. Since its launch in July 2020, he has managed to acquire over 500 brands from official brand suppliers in the Philippines serving over 200,000 employees in its database. In addition, he was also responsible for integrating 3rd payment and logistic solutions to the platform.

He used to be the Country Manager of Kalibrr Philippines, a technology based end to end recruitment platform currently being used by over 2M job seekers and 10K employers.

He also was Sr. Vice President of Lazada PH for almost 3 years, where he led a team that successfully grew the number of merchants from 1000 to 6000 across 20 categories.

In addition, he also set-up the Digital Goods business of Lazada, where the Philippines was recognized for being the most profitable country.

Before Lazada, he worked for several multinational companies like Samsung, Intel, and Panasonic in either a Sales or Product Management role.

He also had over 10 years experience in the traditional distribution business where he launched brands like Apple, Samsung Monitors, and HP Peripherals in the local market.

He is a loving husband to Glenda and a father to 3 children Nikka, Joaquin, and Jia. In his spare time he either runs, hikes, plays golf, or dives as he is a certified PADI rescue diver.

He was called to Christ years ago, giving him the opportunity to serve through different church ministries at Higher Rock Christian Church in Timog.

He loves the start-up culture, and is looking forward to working with the team to touch lives thru technology with the different products that Kalibrr has to offer.

Ilyong Tuanqin

With 15+ years of experience in digital marketing for multiple brands from across industries. Areas of expertise include content and platform strategy, online media, and campaign analysis. Led development and integration of product-based solutions through the agency’s internal capabilities and strategic partnerships. Handled campaigns that received industry recognitions local and international.

Raffy Bariso

A Carlos Palanca Award-winning writer and an AB Journalism graduate from the University of Santo Tomas, RJ has been in the field of corporate communications and marketing for over 15 years.

Prior joining Mang Inasal, she was Group Marketing Manager in SM Supermalls for almost 7 years; PR Accounts for Broadcast and Digital in ABS-CBN's Integrated Corporate Communications Division for 6 years; and Internal Communication Officer in Chowking for 4 years.

In SM, she led the Family Segment Marketing group that has reaped over 20 local and international recognitions from various award-giving bodies for several customer insight-based campaigns and programs. Among which is a brainchild that's very close to her heart -- SuperMoms Club, the Philippines' first ever and biggest branded social community with over 200,000 members to date. In 2021 alone, SuperMoms Club was named Outstanding Innovation during COVID-19 in Global Business Excellence Awards, Bronze Award under the Best Social Media or Word of Mouth Campaign in the 21st Dragons of Asia, Engaged Community of the Year in The International Business Awards 2021, and the Best Customer Experience Breakthrough Award from the prestigious World Retail Awards.

A writer by heart, a communicator by profession, a mommy blogger by passion, and a life-long lover of learning.

RJ Rodillo

Before joining the Global Creative Solutions Leadership Team at Shell, Ethel worked as Head of Strategy, Analytics and Experience Design at NuWorks Interactive Labs, the Philippines' biggest local independent digital agency. Prior to that, she was Brand Strategist for over a decade, with 12 years in Brand, Creative and Digital Strategy with Saatchi & Saatchi, McCann Worldgroup, Lowe Singapore, and BBDO Guerrero; and 3 years in Brand Management, Marketing Planning and Effectiveness, and eCommerce Acceleration at Diageo Philippines. She is also a WARC Opinion contributor, a senior lecturer at the MBA Program of the University of the Philippines, and an executive MBA candidate at Steinbeis University - School of Creative Leadership in Berlin.

Ethel Sanchez

Over 12 years of experience in various fields of advertising including Media Planning/Buying, Digital Creative, Content Marketing, Social Media Strategy, and Connection Planning.

I was a graduate of OMD Philippines' first Media Management Internship Programme (2009) and stayed in the company for 6 years with exposures on both traditional and digital media. I have worked with various brands from different categories such as retail, pharmaceuticals, banking, automotive, electronics etc. - SM Retail, Pascual Laboratories, AXA, Epson, Huawei, Viber, VISA, KIA, Levi's to name a few.

In 2015, I joined Primer Group of Companies as Digital Creative and Content Lead. I was able to provide digital strategies, campaigns, executions and solutions for some of Primer's roster of globally-renowned retail brands - Herschel Supply Co., JanSport, FitFlop, Native Shoes, Hedgren, Poler, Bratpack, ROX, ResToeRun, etc. Aside from local projects, I also had the privilege of crafting regional digital campaigns for various Primer brands across Southeast Asia. Most recently, our regional campaign for Native Shoes, "Native Wanderlite" (A Social Digital Promotion across 6 Southeast Asian markets) won Best Digital Promotion at the Native Shoes Global Conference held in Canada.

In 2017, I joined the Havas Ortega Group as Communications and Connection Planning Manager and have handled a good roster of brands in various categories such as Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Finance, Energy, Leisure/Entertainment, Insurance, etc.

At present, I lead the Intelligence and Strategy Teams at Havas as MX Intelligence and Brief Director providing meaningful, integrated strategies across business units and key accounts. I've also written and co-wrote several thought leadership pieces including the REACT: Prosumer Report on Sustainability and The World Re-imagined: Prosumer Report on Health and Hygiene.

Gian dela Cruz

Ira has spent her early career living in the world of advertising. Starting out as a social media manager, she eventually became one of the social media directors in McCann Worldgroup Philippines. In over six years, she’s helped find truth and meaning for the brands she’s handled from different industries such as retail, real estate, QSRs, FinServ, and the like.

Now, as the Digital Campaign Consultant for AIA Philippines, she hopes to take all the Social Media and Digital lessons she’s learned to push AIA's digital capabilities and help Filipinos live healthier, longer, and better lives.
