INTERN FOR HR & OFFICE MANAGEMENT

The HR and Office Management intern is responsible for helping maintain the company’s streamlined operations through liaising between department heads, employees, external suppliers, and other stakeholders. The primary functions involve coordinating, monitoring, reporting, and research in any of the following areas:

For HR

  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • HRIS administration and attendance management
  • Benefits administration

For Office Management

  • Messenger and collections
  • Legal, compliance, and accreditation
  • IT administration
  • Purchasing and supplier payments
  • Inventory management
We require:
  • Program
    • Currently taking a collegiate degree in any of the following courses or its equivalent: Human Resource Management, Office Management, Management, and Business Administration.
    • A referral from the school for the internship mentioning that the internship is a requirement of the school for graduation.
    • A commitment of at least 250 working hours in a span of three (3) months.
  • Skills
    • Proficient in the use of oral and written English communication.
    • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Apps, and the Google search engine.
    • Experience in leading projects and co-curricular activities is a plus.
  • Tools
    • Since we currently operate in a fully-remote setup, you must have a laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection.
    • A Google Account that can access Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
    • Your laptop or desktop should have an internet browser, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Viber’s desktop app.
    • Since the primary tasks revolve around coordination, you must have access to a landline, mobile calls, and SMS.
What to look forward to:
  • The internship hours can be rendered anytime between Mon-Fri, from 8 AM to 7 PM.
  • A fully-remote setup! Render your OJT requirement in the comforts of your own home.

    DIGITAL MARKETING ASSOCIATE

    The Digital Marketing Associate (New Business and Media) is the lead support for digital marketing activities of CDM to drive demand generation objectives for new business and media. He/She is responsible for insighting, strategizing, planning, developing, implementing, and measuring marketing communications activities across the ecosystem. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.

    We require:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
    • 2 years of professional experience in marketing and/or digital marketing whether B2C or B2B.
    • Integrated marketing experience: consumer insighting, digital analytics, content strategy & execution, email marketing, promotions, and conversion tactics
    • Experience in digital tools (Content Management Systems, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads)

    We’d like to see you:

    • Develop consumer-centric marketing communications & implementation guidelines.
    • Implement CRM efforts to generate new leads and repeat business.
    • Build, optimize and operationalize processes.
    • Practice a “make-it-happen” attitude, data-driven, and effectively prioritize and organize work.
    • Bring solutions to challenge boundaries & ideas and provide constructive feedback and suggestions.  Contribute to the success of the team.

      CONTENT RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

      We are looking for someone who is interested in building a career in content research and development.  The day-to-day tasks of the Content Research and Development Associate involve creating digital marketing courses, or digital transformation programs, which may include topic research, needs analysis, learning design, content creation, and facilitation.

      We require:

      • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications Research, Communications, Human Resources or equivalent
      • Experience in digital marketing, account management, brand management, content creation, research, human resources, or education is a plus

      We’d like to see you:

      • Grasp new complex concepts and applies and/or modifies them. Understand different points of discussion while aiming for a goal-oriented solution.
      • Practice a “make-it-happen” attitude, data-driven, and effectively prioritize and organize work.
      • Bring solutions to challenge boundaries & ideas and provide constructive feedback and suggestions.  Contribute to the success of the team.

      What to look forward to:
