    Rizza is a leading creative leader and designer whose work has shaped both industry standards and everyday Filipino life. From co-creating "It’s More Fun in the Philippines" to designing millions of beep™ transit cards, her work blends pop culture, social good, and national identity.

    She rose through the ranks at BBDO Guerrero as Head of Design, later driving creative excellence at Publicis JimenezBasic, Edukasyon.ph, and Elesi Studios for brands like Jollibee, Lazada, Meta, and Globe.     Starting her career at J. Walter Thompson, Maan spent 11 years honing her craft before taking on a leadership role at McCann Worldgroup, where she helped drive the agency's creative resurgence. She has been ranked the Hottest Creative in the Philippines by Campaign Brief Asia and was inducted into the Creative Guild of the Philippines Hall of Fame in 2024.
